For us, training is a "communication arena" in which change and development are discussed. We empower leaders through our standardized change management training, but we also develop customized trainings in a co-creation process with our clients.

Activation: We engage key leaders in Deep Dive Dialogues as part of the training. To enable real listening in these dialogues, we work with experienced and diverse teams of trainers and coaches.

Brilliant Leadership Basic Training

The New Normal: Leadership in Times of Change.

The content of the training is based on the 8 levers of change, our proven structural model for leadership work in change. Participants are accompanied over a period of eight to ten months (in total eight program days) and go through the program in groups of 10 people. These remain constant so that psychological safety can develop. Content is prepared using different media, according to the blended learning principle. The program consists of a mix of content videos, preparation materials and accompanying project work. This creates time and space for deep learning (reflection, exchange in the group, dialog with the coach) during the training.

Our ACTIVATE THE BASE program is designed for employees who do not hold a hierarchical leadership position but want to exert influence and impact in their actions. Our online trainers support them on this journey and train skills such as followership, voice, employee activism and strategic networking.

In our ACTIVATE THE TEAM program, you do this close to work and in passing.
